Elevator maintenance, repair, testing and modernization

---

Whether it is a 24/7 emergency or weekend call, troubleshoot, entrapment, or a standard maintenance agreement of your choice, let’s get your elevator

equipment in tip top shape and ensure the longest life possible.
Our maintenance agreements are not entrapping in any way, and allow for cancellation at any time! We also pride ourselves in providing photos and descriptions of work completed so you know something is actually being done for your money!

We feel that if the elevator company is doing their job that you are paying them for and you are happy, then a tricky and entrapping contract should not be necessary.

Lets make things simple, honest, and ethical.

We work on all types of lifts including passenger elevators, freight elevators, dumb waiters, wheelchair lifts, vertical platform lifts, stair climbers, and  residential elevators. We also work on all manufacturers, including but not limited to - ThyssenKrupp (TK Elevator), Otis, Kone, Schindler, Montgomery, Dover, Motion, GAL, Smartrise, Alpha

Tired of astronomical repair bills? Not sure what exactly is even going on, or what you are being sold?

Your elevator does not have to cost an arm and a leg to repair, and you should certainly understand the situation and what it is that you are paying for.

And no, your elevator part didn’t have to get custom made in a land far, far away justifying your month long wait. Nearly all elevator parts are on a shelf ready to be ordered.

We stock the most common elevator parts to streamline your repair and get your elevator back in service as soon as possible.

Parts that need ordering will be ordered ASAP, and we mean that.
